致力于分析化学方法的理论和应用研究,自主进行了多项原创性的研究,获得了重要的科学发现。在国际上率先开展了微流控纸芯片的准确定量分析、高性能纸电极的制备、特异性识别功能聚合物的设计、便携检测仪器开发的研究。成果受到广泛关注和认可,特别是所研究的纸芯片实验室及与便携设备的设计组装在国际上得到极高的评价,为实现低成本的现场快速检测监控做出了较为突出的贡献。目前主要研究领域包括:

1. 食品安全的检验与控制

利用各种化学传感器与光分析或电化学分析相结合,实现对食品中有害成分的特效识别、快速简便、多组分的在线同时检测,为食品安全问题提供可靠的检测手段。

2. 新型仿生传感器的构建及应用

研究开发新型功能化材料仿生传感器,具有性能好、寿命长、耐酸耐碱、耐高温等特点。可应用于实际样品农药残留检测和药物控释。

3. 化学传感器的开发及利用

致力于高灵敏度、痕量物质的分析方法的建立,开发具有各种功能的新型化学传感器,实现现场即时食品与环境样品多组分同时监测。

4. 生物免疫传感器

利用免疫技术对肿瘤标志物、DNA等生物物质进行测定,基于新型功能纳米材料构建免疫传感器,实现对生命物质的快速、方便的检测。

主要从事新型仿生传感器的构建及应用、新型免疫分析技术的研究、食品安全的检验与控制。先后主持和参加了多项国家自然科学基金、国家十一五科技支撑计划子课题、国家“863”计划、“973”项目子课题等多项国家级和省级项目。参加的研究课题先后获得国家技术发明二等奖1项,山东省技术发明一等奖1项,省科技进步一等奖1项,省部级科技进步二等、三等奖3项,第一发明人发明专利10项(含受理)。
