杜斌,博士,教授,博士生导师,19789月考入山东建材学院无机材料科学与工程系学习,19827月毕业,获学士学位,同年留校任教;19919月考入山东大学环境科学中心攻读硕士学位,19947月毕业,获硕士学位;19947月考入中国科学院兰州化物所攻读博士学位;199712月毕业,获博士学位,同年回到山东建材学院应化系环境工程教研室任教,主要从事环境工程及环境科学的教学和科研工作;199511月晋升为副教授,199811月晋升为教授,同年被山东建材学院聘任为环境工程专业学术骨干;1999年任山东建材学院应用化学系主任;20012月山东建材学院与济南联合大学合并成立济南大学后,出任济南大学化学与环境工程学院院长;20035月到200910月任济南大学教务处处长;200911月任济南大学校长助理;20107月任济南大学党委常委、副校长。

教学及研究生培养情况
杜斌教授主讲环境监测、大气污染控制工程、环境质量评价和专业导论等课程,并作为化学工程与技术博士点水污染控制化学与技术研究方向的学科带头人。积极开展教学方法、内容、手段等方面的创新,并应用于教学过程中,取得良好教学效果。主持多项教研项目,2009年获得第六届国家教学成果二等奖和山东省教学研究成果一等奖各1项,作为指导教师,重视研究生的创新意识和实践能力的培养,指导的学生多次获得山东省优秀学士学位论文和山东省优秀硕士学位论文,同时被授予山东省首届优秀研究生导师的称号。 主持国家自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金、山东省科技攻关、山东省优秀中青年基金等,发表学术论文150余篇。
